Punjab Sub-Inspector Selection Process
The applicants who are applying for the recruitment must be aware of the selection pattern of the Punjab police SI recruitment examination and start preparing for the examination accordingly. The selection pattern of the Sub-Inspector is divided into three stages and these stages are explained in detail below.
Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
The first stage of SI recruitment is the Computer Based Test (CBT). This test will be conducted in three phases of a two-hour duration except for paper III which will be conducted in one hour. Stage 2: Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Screening Test (PST)
In stage 2, a Physical Measurement Test (PMT) will be conducted in which the height of the candidates will be measured. The minimum height required for the recruitment is provided in the physical standard section. After PMT, a Physical Screening Test (PST) of the candidates will be conducted. For clearing stage 2, candidates have to pass all the events provided in the given image.
Stage 3: Document Verification
After clearing stages 1 and 2, candidates will be called for the document verification process. All the original documents of the candidate will be verified by the officials. This is the last stage where the final merit list of the selected candidates will be released on the official website.
