CAPF Medical officer Recruitment 2023: Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) has recently released the notification for the recruitment of Super Specialist Medical Officer, Specialist Medical Officer and Medical Officers. Medical Aspirants have the opportunity to become part of Para-Military Forces. In this Medical Officer recruitment drive, 297 candidates will be selected.

The application process for recruitment is explained to the applicants in the following points. Applicants must follow the given points while applying for the recruitment.

• For the CAPF online application, applicants need to visit ITBP’s official website: https://www.itbpolice.nic.in
• On top of the home page, tap on the “Carrer” button.
• New applicants need to register themselves in the “New User Registration” after which they will be provided with a registration id and password.

• Now, click on the CAPF Medical Officer recruitment link and fill out the recruitment application form.

• Pay the prescribed fee.
• Print the application form for documentation purposes.

CAPF Application Fees details

Unreserved, OBC and EWS candidates applying for the medical officer recruitment need to deposit Rs 400 as the application fee whereas the SC and ST, female and ex-serviceman candidates are exempted from the fees. Payment through online gateways will only be accepted in the application process.

Medical Officer Selection Process

Applicants applying for the recruitment must know the CAPF selection procedure. We have provided the four stages to provide a brief idea of the selection process.

Stage 1: Documentation

In stage 1 candidates will be called for document verification. In the documentation, candidates have to present their original documents along with a self-attested copy. Candidates can refer to the notification for the list of documents required in the document verification.

Stage 2: Interview

After document verification, an interview of the selected test will be conducted. The interview consists of 200 marks in which the general and academic knowledge of the candidate will be assessed by the officers.

Stage 3: Physical Standard Test (PST)

PST of the selected candidates will be conducted by the board. The image shown below provides the physical standard criteria for the candidates. In order to get selected candidates to meet the physical standards of the recruitment.

Stage 4: Medical Examination Test (MET)

The last stage of the selection process is medical examination tests. In the medical examination, candidates will be declared “Fit” or “Unfit”.The basic medical standard for the MET is given in the image.
