- The academic records (20% weightage) of the candidates will be verified.
- The candidate’s research performance (40% weightage) will be assessed by the head of the committees.
- The domain knowledge and teaching skills (20% weightage) of the candidate will be assessed.
- The last step for the selection is an interview (20% weightage) in which the candidate is holistically assessed on his performance by the interviewer.
